Water parks Association of Ukraine (WAU) is on the market since 2004. It consists of authoritative water parks and market operators of the industry.
WAU works with leading international organizations, world-renowned professionals - members of the World and European Association of Water parks. WAU is a member of these international organizations since its opening. Water parks Association of Ukraine unites all firms whose activities are directly or indirectly connected with water parks. Water parks brings together a lot of different directions of activities. This may be not only those firms that build and create comfortable conditions in the water park, but also those who implement the entertaining  and health-improving product (tour operators).
The Association consists of:
• world-class experts, whose professionalism is confirmed by international certificates;
• water parks in Ukraine, that undergone European Commission and meet European standards;
• market operators - professionals in their field.   
Leading Ukrainian companies that  produce and supply  equipment for water parks, swimming pools, recreation areas and construct infrastructure on the territory of sports and fitness and cultural and entertainment complexes, are the exclusive representatives of the world's leading manufacturers of equipment and technologies, they design, construct and reconstruct both private and municipal pools and fountains.
Activities of Water parks Association of Ukraine:
• Coordinates the entrepreneurial activity of organizations that operate water parks, organizations - manufacturers and suppliers of equipment for water parks, organizations  that deal with design, installation and construction, commissioning and other activities performed in design, construction and operation of water parks.
• Develops and conducts  unified technical policy, regulatory documentation  aimed at improvement  of  technical level and safety of equipment of water parks, the quality of projects and construction of water parks, quality of service of  water park visitors and, ultimately, the increase of safety level of water park visitors.
• Informs members of the association on future construction projects of  parks and conducts tenders between market operators.
• Organizes competitions, tests of water slides and attractions among water parks.
• Performs public safety control at water parks and public pools, deals with training of rescue services on the water and instructing on safety rules.
• Educates and raises the level of qualifications of personnel working at water parks. Solves problems with organization, motivation and supervision of staff.
The main objectives of the Association are:
• Increase in cultural activities associated with water; promotion of healthy lifestyles; increase and improvement of  the level of recreation of the population; health improvement of the nation.
• Promotion and expansion of water parks sphere in Ukraine through creation of high-quality concept for water parks in accordance with international norms and factors for defining the area to accommodate water parks.
• Allotment of pre-project documentation.
• Assistance in technical and financial calculations for water parks.
• Writing business plans and attraction of investment in water parks.
• Securing project expertise.
• Representation and lobbying of members of the association in the state, international and other relevant organizations. We create the conditions for the expansion and development of the branch of water parks in Ukraine through holding international seminars, symposia and conferences. As lecturers, we invite representatives of organizations with a worldwide reputation in the field, specialists in engineering and management of water parks to share experiences and report on innovations in the field. We are visiting the exhibitions of entertainment actively, wherever they are held, we'll know about all the innovations of the field!
